Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Scent Satisfaction We understand that fragrance is personal. While we're unable to accept returns on opened or used wax melts due to the nature of the product, if your experience doesn't match the scent description, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Unopened Items Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
