Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, all sales on wax melts, sugar scrubs, and body butters are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [willowroseenchantments40@yahoo.com] with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
