Processing Time All orders are handmade in small batches and typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
